01. Inspiration
We gather direction from international trade fairs and mills, tracking new materials, colours and sustainability standards so buyers can see what is coming next.
02. Design
Most designs arrive from our customers’ own teams. Where that is not the case, we can advise on direction or arrange for external design work to be prepared.
03. Counseling
We recommend the fabric qualities, colour routes, print methods and finishes best suited to the product being developed.
04. Improvement
Where small production changes can reduce cost or waste without affecting quality, we put those options in front of the customer.
05. Packaging
We agree packing formats, cartons and labelling requirements before anything moves into production.
06. Offer
A fully costed offer is prepared and shared for review.
07. Samples
Once pricing is agreed, strike-offs and lab dips are produced and signed off ahead of bulk production.
08. Orders
Confirmed orders are placed with the selected mill or factory.
09. Approval
Labels, packaging and trims go to the customer for approval before bulk production begins.
10. Planning
Our local teams plan production alongside the factories and carry out in-line inspections through the run, plus a final check before shipping.
11. Finished product
Goods are delivered to the customer’s warehouse, cleared and ready for distribution.
12. Certifications
We handle the transaction documents and reporting tied to certifications wherever they apply.
